WebAs the title says, I was on 150mg for almost 3 years. I began to taper down 37.5 MG at a time every three weeks. My last dose of 37.5mg was Tuesday (04/11) afternoon. I figured I would share my experience. I should mention that I am a 44 year old male in reasonably good health with diagnosed ADHD, Anxiety, and Dysthymia. WebCHANTIX should be taken orally after eating and with a full glass of water. The recommended dose of CHANTIX is 1 mg twice daily following a 1-week titration as follows: Days 1 – 3: 0.5 mg once daily. Days 4 – 7: 0.5 mg twice daily. Day 8 – end of treatment: 1 mg twice daily. Patients should be treated with CHANTIX for 12 weeks.
