WebOur organization dates to 1968 when the Senior Citizens Service Center incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) organization to serve the needs of seniors and their families and caregivers in South Hampton Roads. In 1972, the name changed to the Southeastern Virginia Areawide Model Program, or SEVAMP, and was designated as the Area Agency on Aging in 1973.
