WebJan 6, 2024 · The boot loader Grub is not working. My guess is that it is improperly configured or pointing to the wrong configuration files. Phoenix OS does not include a tool to repair this. The three options is to do a reinstall, repair the boot loader or reinstall the boot loader manually. One more point to add, make sure Secure Boot is disabled in the BIOS.
