WebFlak armour is basically just a vest and maybe some shoulder and knee pads. Carapace armour extends that to a full breast plate, upper and lower arm plates, and thigh armour (at the very least). Flak was/is supposed to be capable of stopping heavy stubber rounds. Those are either 30cal or 50cal. WebForce Sword have decent break points for most of the Maniacs, so 25% to Maniacs is always a better option. Flak is pretty much useless for the Force Sword. You are gonna hit the heads/weak spots, and there is no flak weak spots aside from the few enemies that you can already oneshot with your special. Nice roll!

WebMay 18, 2024 · Its basically too expensive and too heavy for what its worth. It only gives you 15 more armor which is peanuts plus some mild torpor protection. It definitely needs a buff, my recommendation would be to set the base armor at 150 instead of 115. This would help make it more viable vs Flak Armor given the cost differences.
